What types of coffee machines do you offer?

Coffeeza specializes in premium capsule coffee machines designed for home and office use, including our Finero and Lattisso models which are compatible with Nespresso-style pods.

Are your coffee capsules recyclable?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our aluminum capsules are 100% recyclable, and we encourage customers to participate in our pod collection program.

How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy for coffee products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on capsules. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Do you offer a warranty on coffee machines?

All Coffeeza machines come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please register your machine on our website to activate your coverage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
